Shipping Policy

In-stock products will typically ship from our facility same day if order placed before 11am EST.  There may be an occasional delay for situations outside of our control.  Special-order or backordered items may require additional time, and no guaranteed delivery timeframe will be provided for those items.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available. Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.

​

We only ship to locations legally permitted to receive research materials. TM Research Supply reserves the right to cancel orders that violate these restrictions.

If there is an issue during or after shipping, contact us immediately so we can discuss potential solutions.
